Sound and Light Guys transformed a warehouse space in London into a dynamic environment for a product launch, providing the complete technical production for an event designed around product presentation, branding, entertainment and guest experience.
The production combined professional sound, atmospheric lighting, LED screens and staging to turn the industrial venue into an engaging event space and create impact around the product reveal.
Audio Production
We supplied an L-Acoustics line array system, controlled via a Yamaha DM7 digital mixing console, providing clear and powerful audio throughout the warehouse.
20 channels of wireless equipment were also supplied for presenters, hosts, speeches and live entertainment.
Lighting Production
The lighting design was created specifically for the warehouse environment, using architectural and stage lighting to enhance the space and create atmosphere around the product launch.
The system was controlled using a grandMA3 lighting console, allowing our lighting team to create dynamic looks for the product reveal, presentations and entertainment.
LED Screens, Staging & Production Crew
LED screens were installed to deliver product visuals, branding, presentation content and video throughout the event, providing a strong visual focus within the large warehouse environment.
Staging and supporting production equipment were also supplied, with our experienced technical crew managing the complete installation, testing and live operation.
